The Genius - hardware only - for upgrade of old tools

✅ Who can order The Genius?

1️⃣ Existing customers with a Master tool and an active subscription expiring no earlier than 2026.

2️⃣ New customers who have purchased the Master – New Genius/Trasdata during our ongoing promotions from the last 2 months.

Important!

New customers who do not wish to purchase New Genius/Trasdata and want to buy the new tool directly will have to wait until the official release of the tool for public sale.

✅ What are the conditions to upgrade your old tool?

You must have an active Master subscription expiring in or after 2026.

If your subscription expires in 2025, you must first renew it to be eligible to request the upgrade.

✅ Until when can the upgrade be requested and is there a cost?

Customers wishing to switch to the new device will need to purchase the new device, and we will transfer the licenses from the old devices to the new ones for free. (The new tool and free upgrade must be requested by the end of 2025.)

If you want to keep your old devices running as well, you can pay for a lifetime update for them.

If you have a license for just one device, the lifetime update will cost €500. If you have licenses for both old devices, the lifetime update will cost €1,000.

✅ What happens to the old devices if you don't upgrade them to The Genius?

The old devices (New Genius/New Trasdata) will receive updates until the end of 2025. After that, they will continue to work as usual, but there will be no future updates for them.
