Returns & Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges – Carhack.net

You can return or exchange any product purchased from us within 14 days from the date of receiving it.
If there is any issue with the package you received — such as a non-working device or if the item simply doesn’t meet your expectations — please submit your return or exchange request by filling out the corresponding form. Detailed instructions on how to submit your request can be found below.

When returning a purchased item, shipping costs are at the customer's expense and are non-refundable.
In the case of a manufacturer defect identified at the time of delivery (during the inspection option), the customer returns the item at the seller's expense, and a replacement product is sent. In this case, shipping costs are covered by the merchant.


IMPORTANT: The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s custom specifications or clearly personalized

  • Goods that, by their nature, may deteriorate quickly or have a short shelf life

  • Goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned to their original condition

  • Goods that have been mixed with other items and cannot be separated due to their nature

  • Sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software that has been unsealed after delivery, including license activation codes, software features, or virtual payment methods

    Refunds are processed via bank transfer.
    The refund period is 14 DAYS from the date we receive the returned item.

    The customer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the received products during the period specified in Article 55, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act.

    In order to return a purchased product, it must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in excellent commercial condition

  • Not used

  • Packaging must be intact

  • No odors or other alterations

  • The product must be in the same condition as received

Products that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for return or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

If you wish to request a return or exchange, please provide a return address: either your personal address or an Econt office.

Please do not return any packages without first filling out the Return and Exchange Form!
